1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using an i.G.C. service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally permitted to use the service and any third-party account you connect.
• You are responsible for accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• We may restrict or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or third-party platform rule.
• Upload or publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or malicious material.
• Distribute malware, interfere with service security, bypass access controls, or misuse connected-account permissions.
• Impersonate another person or connect, manage, or publish to an account without authorization.
• Use automation in a manner prohibited by the destination platform.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You represent that you own the content or have all permissions necessary to upload, process, schedule, and publish it.
• You grant i.G.C. a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, format, transmit, display, and store the content only as needed to provide and support the requested services.
• You remain responsible for captions, claims, disclosures, music, likenesses, trademarks, and other material included in your content.

5. Connected Social-Media Accounts

You may choose to connect supported third-party accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize i.G.C. to use the permissions you approve to retrieve account information, prepare publishing options, and perform actions you request.

• You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for reviewing the destination account, content, caption, privacy, schedule, and publishing choices before submission.
• Third-party platform terms, policies, technical limits, moderation decisions, and availability continue to apply.
• You may disconnect an account through i.G.C. and may revoke authorization through the third-party platform.
• Disconnecting an account does not remove content already published to that platform.

6. TikTok Publishing

When using TikTok-related features, you agree to TikTok’s applicable terms, community guidelines, developer requirements, music-usage rules, and privacy policy.

• You must review and approve the TikTok account, content, caption, privacy, and available interaction settings presented before posting.
• You confirm that you have all necessary rights to the video, audio, music, images, people, brands, and other material included in the post.
• Where presented, posting requires your agreement to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation.
• TikTok may restrict, reject, remove, mute, or otherwise act on content under its own policies. i.G.C. does not control those decisions.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other third parties. We do not control their services and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account actions, API limitations, or content-moderation decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for user content, i.G.C. software, branding, designs, documentation, original assets, and trademarks remain the property of i.G.C. or their respective licensors. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as permitted by law or written authorization.

9. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the service or disconnect supported accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, misuse, legal requirements, discontinued integrations, or conduct that places users, platforms, or i.G.C. at risk.

10. Service Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publication, platform approval, content reach, engagement, or continued third-party API availability.
• You should verify important scheduled posts and retain copies of original content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i.G.C. and iKONic Gaming LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost revenue, missed publications, account actions, or third-party platform decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as services, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
