Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how i.G.C. Media, operated by iKONic Gaming LLC (“i.G.C.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and safeguards information across our websites, creator tools, community platforms, and social-media publishing features.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect:
- Account information, including your name, username, email address, and profile image.
- Contact information and details submitted through project, support, or service-inquiry forms.
- Content you choose to upload or create, including videos, images, titles, captions, descriptions, and scheduling information.
- Technical and usage information, including browser information, device information, IP address, logs, security events, and website analytics.
- Information voluntarily submitted through community features, reports, messages, or creator tools.
2. Connected Social-Media Accounts
When you choose to connect a third-party social-media account, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, the platform may provide us with limited account information authorized by you. Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this may include:
- Your platform user or account ID, username, display name, avatar, channel, or managed Page information.
- OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, granted permissions, and token-expiration information.
- Creator or account capabilities needed to display valid publishing options.
- Publishing results, including platform post IDs, status information, error messages, and links to published content.
We only request and use permissions necessary to provide the feature you selected. We do not receive or store your social-media password.
3. TikTok Integration
If you connect TikTok, i.G.C. may use TikTok APIs to identify the authorized creator account, show available publishing options, validate content requirements, and submit content you explicitly approve for posting.
Content sent to TikTok may include the video or image you selected, its title or caption, privacy selection, interaction preferences, and other publishing choices shown before submission. TikTok processes this information under TikTok’s own privacy policy and terms.
i.G.C. does not sell TikTok user data, use TikTok data for unrelated advertising, or share TikTok data with data brokers. TikTok information is used only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested integration.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide creator, publishing, media, community, and project services.
- Authenticate connected accounts and carry out actions you request.
- Prepare, schedule, publish, and track content across selected destinations.
- Respond to inquiries, support requests, reports, and account issues.
- Protect accounts, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain service security.
- Improve reliability, accessibility, performance, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and applicable platform requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or trade personal information. We may share limited information:
- With a social platform when you direct us to connect an account or publish content.
- With service providers that support hosting, security, email, analytics, storage, or other essential operations.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
- When reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.
Service providers may only use information to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.
6. Data Storage, Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including restricted access to connected-account credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain publishing history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. OAuth tokens are removed or made unusable when a connected account is disconnected or deleted, subject to limited security logs and legally required records.
7. Your Choices & Data Requests
You may disconnect a social account from the i.G.C. connector settings and may also revoke access from the connected platform’s security or application settings. Revoking access stops future API activity but does not automatically delete content already published on that platform.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information by contacting us through our Contact Page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Cookies & Analytics
Our websites may use cookies, session storage, and analytics tools for authentication, preferences, security, performance, and understanding service usage. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent account or connected-service features from working.
9. External Services
Our services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Their privacy policies and terms apply to information they process. We encourage you to review the policies of TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, and any other service you connect.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our connected-account and publishing tools are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these tools. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date on this page when material revisions are published.
12. Contact
For privacy questions, connected-account requests, or data-deletion requests, contact i.G.C. Media through our Contact Page.
